As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve we would like to confirm to our valued customers that we are operating business as usual.
Prior to the large-scale impact and lockdowns across Europe, Hunt Heating reacted quickly to secure an additional $3m in our core stock products to eradicate any risks of supply chain disruptions to all our Australian and New Zealand customers.
This additional stock has been confirmed and spread across numerous vessels and shipping lines arriving to us throughout April, May and June. As well as our standard stock commitment, this additional investment has meant we have needed to source extra warehouse space to ensure internal warehousing operations aren’t affected either.
Special order products we will continue to manage day by day. As you can appreciate the situation overseas is changing rapidly and current production and logistical restrictions mean the standard 8-16 week lead time could be challenging.
Rest assured, we have done everything we can and will continue to do so to ensure no supply interruptions moving forward.
Thanks to the pre-emptive measures to ensure a large volume of stock, we are currently operating business as usual. Our Warehouse, Operations and Sales teams are still working at 100% capacity from our Keysborough headquarters. This means, our logistics, trade counter, and showroom offerings are fully functional. We are doing everything possible to ensure these offerings are in-line with federal and state government recommendations for social distancing and hygiene.
Our offices and showrooms are equipped with sanitiser for customers & staff, and we are wiping surfaces with disinfectant regularly. If you are planning on visiting Hunt Heating offices, but feel unwell and are experiencing symptoms relating to COVID-19, we ask that you please refrain from visiting, and instead contact us via phone on 1300 001 800 or email enquiries@huntheat.com.au.
